I am Jemimah Peter Mukaddas, known by many as ‘Jemimah’.
I am Kaguu by tribe from Lere LGA, kaduna State. I am a Jesus lover who likes to express her love for Him through songs and write-ups.
I find have passion for singing, acting, writing and advocating for just causes.
The inspiration behind the writing of the song is the fact that with God I am not insecure. With God, I am safe.
Refuge means a safe place. God’s presence is the safest place any one can be. The book of Psalms 91vs 4 & 9 says, ‘He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you will find Refuge. If you make the most high your dwelling even the Lord who is my refuge then no harm will befall you’.
God has given us access to his presence through the blood of Jesus Christ. It is left for us to go into his presence and remain because He is our Refuge
